has space in their room who will agree to share a room with you
and then call Donna with that information. Checks
should be made payable to "Pittsburgh Conference WMI"
and must be received with the registration form. (Please turn in
registration forms and money for Rochester FMC group to June Rodgers

the registration form in Word format click HERE.
We recommend that each church have
a contact person to coordinate registrations & room assignments
and send in reservations for your group.
AUCTION NEWS: We suggest
that each church create a gift basket (any theme you like) for the
auction. Individuals are also encouraged to bring in items for the
auction. Some things will be on the silent auction (bids will close
Friday evening and will be distributed Saturday) and some in the
live auction (Saturday morning). Suggested items include: * Handcrafted
items * Decorative accents for the home * Gift baskets * Homemade
goodies, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: At least
one-half of the auction proceeds will go to World Missions for the
Beulah Farm Project in the Philippines. The balance is used to help
keep the cost of the retreat affordable in the hope that more ladies
will be able to attend. Your donations of handcrafted or purchased
items to be auctioned will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
for your continued help in this important part of our retreat.
WHAT TO BRING: * bible
